May 1 health has coup, healthy travel is indispensable

Every holiday, some people want to go on a long trip to let their body and mind take a long vacation. Some people want to take the opportunity to sleep well at home, recuperate and get ready to go. Some people choose shopping, entertainment, visiting relatives and friends... Let's take a look at the holidays The seven principles of health care.

　　Don't overdo it

The long holiday is coming, and many white-collar workers in the workplace plan to "make up for sleep" during this holiday. Experts warn that more sleep is not always better, and for those who are sleep deficient, supplementation may not work. Sometimes, sleeping with your head covered can make you more tired.

Due to the long sleep time during the long vacation, the regular routine in the past is broken, which can easily lead to neurological disorders, inability to fall asleep when it is time to sleep, sleep disorders, dizziness, and many people will also have gastrointestinal disorders at the same time, and even It may also cause problems with the nervous and psychiatric systems.

　　The correct way is:

Use the holidays to adjust your schedule. Gradually find your sleep patterns over the long vacation. Be more productive at work and develop the habit of going to bed on time.

Eat and drink to protect the stomach

During long holidays, visiting relatives and friends is a compulsory course for most families. As a result, it is inevitable to have a good time together, and to put on the table the rare delicacies that are rare on weekdays. However, at this time, the number of gastroenterological patients in major hospitals often surges. Experts warn that this overeating diet is not advisable. Due to the continuous meal gathering in a short period of time, the gastrointestinal tract will be overburdened in a short period of time, and it is easy to consume a lot of fat and cause weight gain. If you drink a lot of alcohol, it may also increase the burden on the liver.

　　Expert reminder:

Eat regularly during the holiday season. When the table full of dishes is placed in front of you, try to pick vegetables and fruits first. Meat and seafood should be eaten lightly. Drink plenty of water to give your digestive system a little boost during times of indigestion. Water does not reduce the effects of alcohol, but it increases the feeling of fullness, which reduces alcohol intake and hydrates the body. Eat three meals a day at regular intervals, and don’t eat too many snacks at other times. If you want to eat, you can replace snacks with tomatoes, cucumbers, or fruits, and eat nuts in the afternoon. The diet should be light, do not eat greasy food and sweets, spicy, barbecued food, and must drink less alcohol.

In addition, you can use the holiday time to make some soups, soups and porridges that you don't have time to make slowly.

　　Entertainment must be in moderation

For some office workers, they are too busy with work on weekdays, and a long long holiday gives them the feeling of being out of their cage. Many people choose to relax at home, surf the Internet to their heart's content, control the TV remote control day and night, or The Blu-ray of the discs will flicker forever, becoming an out-and-out "house boy" and "house girl" family.

Experts reminded, "Don't be too tired during the festival, relax and don't indulge." Long-term entertainment not only disrupts the normal work and rest, but also makes oneself unable to rest and tired physically and mentally.

　　Expert reminder:

"Computer and TV fans" must maintain a good sitting posture and eye habits, rest their eyes for 5 to 10 minutes every hour, look into the distance or do eye exercises, do more activities to relax the hands, pay attention to rest, and maintain sleep adequate. Do not use the Internet for more than 3 hours in a row, because the human brain is in a "working" state for a long time because of the long time Internet access, which will cause symptoms such as dizziness (brain hypoxia). The room where the computer is placed must pay attention to ventilation. You should raise your awareness of health care during the holidays and let your body have a good holiday.

　　Housework is fun

During the long vacation, the rhythm of the intense life suddenly stopped, and many people found that their homes were no longer available, and they could not find what they were looking for. At this time, it is also a good choice to take some time to do home cleaning and storage, and reserve space for the health of your family and the arrival of winter.

The interior of household appliances is the most likely place to hide dirt and breed bacteria, so a thorough cleaning is necessary.

Refrigerator: Gently wipe the refrigerator with a dry cloth. If it is seriously dirty, you can use a cloth dipped in general detergent to wipe it. It should be reminded that when cleaning the refrigerator, do not scrub with acidic or alkaline organic solutions, such as gasoline, oxalic acid, formic acid, acetic acid, etc.; do not scrub the refrigerator with hot water; do not rinse the outer shell and liner of the refrigerator with water; do not use Sharps scrape off dirt.

Air conditioner: The air conditioner is generally cleaned and maintained before and after use in summer. Unplug the air conditioner to wipe the air conditioner, especially the filter must be cleaned.

　　home storage

Sorting should be done before household storage, which is not only conducive to the protection and maintenance of items, but also more convenient to find. In addition, when storing clothes, the plastic dust cover should be removed, otherwise, directly hanging the clothes with the non-closed dust cover in the wardrobe will cause the moisture and moisture in the space to collect in the bag, causing the clothes damp phenomenon. Before storing items under the bed, it is best to pack them in airtight boxes to avoid dust contamination. Sundries are prone to moth-eaten and mildew, so you can choose a ventilated and dry storage box to store them.

　　Do not exercise vigorously

Modern people are busy every day, with high work pressure and irregular life, which makes many people in a state of overwork. Most people know the benefits of fitness for the body, but when they are busy, few people insist on exercising.

The long holiday is coming, and finally there is a chance to breathe. Some people want to focus on arranging some fitness activities during this period to lubricate their bodies. Experts point out that people who do not exercise much at ordinary times are not recommended to do strenuous exercise for too long, otherwise the sudden increase in physical activity will be unbearable for the body, especially the heart, and the joints and muscles that have been in a rigid state are also prone to injury. More suitable exercise methods include jogging, brisk walking, and Tai Chi.

　　fitness content

During the "May Day" period, you only need to arrange some fitness content in moderation. For example, cycling outings: Invite three or five confidants, or go to battle with the whole family, ride a bicycle, and go to the suburbs for close contact with nature, which is a good choice. Another example is running: find a park not far from home and go for a few laps in a park with fresh air, which is also a good choice. Especially for those office workers who take advantage of the golden week holiday, go to the park to practice running every day, dance with the fresh air, and enjoy the joy brought by sunshine and green space, they will get a wonderful feeling . If you feel too tired, you might as well exercise every other day for no less than 30 minutes each time. It will not feel too tired due to the excessive intensity, and can achieve the purpose of fitness.

　　shopping in moderation

For merchants, this is a time of consumption blowout. A large number of new products are listed on the market, and a large number of advertising promotions are dazzling. It is often said that women are born to shop. Many female friends are usually in a hurry and cannot linger in the mall. During the long holiday, the promotions and discounts in shopping malls have been wave after wave, which has attracted many women to go shopping.

In the shopping mall, there are many people in the shopping mall with noisy, turbid air, and poor ventilation. Microorganisms such as bacteria and viruses in the air can easily survive. If people stay in this environment for a long time, they will experience dizziness, palpitation, chest tightness, nausea, etc. Symptoms such as sweating, and even infectious diseases.

Therefore, experts warn the public that, first, the shopping time should be shortened as much as possible. It is best to make a list of the things to buy in advance and buy according to the plan, and do not stay in large shopping malls and supermarkets for more than two hours; shopping should choose less crowd density and better air quality. Good shopping places; for people with chronic bronchitis, asthma, emphysema, pulmonary heart disease, heart disease, anemia, as well as pregnant women and the elderly, special attention should be paid not to stay too much in noisy and closed places, elderly and frail, People with allergies and children should avoid shopping in newly renovated malls as much as possible; when returning home from shopping, they should wash their hands, face and nostrils in time to prevent bacteria and viruses from entering.

　　Recharge and relax

During the long vacation, while some people are enjoying themselves, some people choose to recharge. The competition in modern society is fierce, and if you don’t read for a day, you will be left behind. Therefore, during the long holiday every year, we can always see the scene of libraries, museums, science and technology museums and other places overflowing, and the cycle begins again and again.

For those who are thirsty for knowledge, and for those who want to have a longer-term development in the future workplace, choosing to recharge and train during the long vacation is the most rational choice.
