02 What causes eye fatigue?

There are many reasons for eye fatigue, mainly in the following three aspects.

2. Environmental factors: insufficient or too strong light, too small or unstable gaze target.

3. Mental, psychological and systemic factors: high mental stress; lack of sleep; malnutrition; excessive physical fatigue, etc., causing a series of symptoms in the eyes and the whole body.

03 How to relieve and prevent eye fatigue?

Tune electronic equipment

Adjust Color: Adjust the background color of the display to light apple green.

Adjust the position: adjust the position of the monitor to keep the height slightly lower than the eye level. It is best to use a viewing angle of 10~15 degrees downward. The distance between the eyes and the screen should be kept more than 50 cm, so as to ensure that the screen will not stretch when looking at the screen. Neck or eye fatigue.

Diet protection

Eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, and usually drink some teas for clearing heat and detoxification, clearing liver and improving eyesight, such as chrysanthemum tea, wolfberry tea, etc., and drinking more water to replenish water, etc.

Other considerations

Do not use your eyes continuously for more than 40 minutes: If you use your eyes for more than 40 minutes at a time, you should take a 10-minute break, look into the distance, or close your eyes to rest for a while, so that your eyes will not be easily tired and dry.

Do not use eye drops indiscriminately: most of the common eye drops contain preservatives, mainly to prevent the eye drops from deteriorating in contact with the air after the first use. If the eyes are only dry and tired, ophthalmologists generally use artificial tears without preservatives.
